Whitney Bowling’s practice focuses real estate transactions, finance, and general business matters. Her experiences range from the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate projects to the structuring of debt and equity. She also drafts and negotiates leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants, represents developers and contractors, and structures entities and drafts contracts for general business clients. Ms. Bowling has been with the firm since its inception in 2002 (known then as Leggett & Clemons, PLLC) and was of counsel to the firm for a period while serving as Chief General Counsel for a real estate investment group.
