A focused and experienced trial attorney, Casey T. Boyd’s professionally aggressive brand of litigation has earned him inclusion on the Texas Super Lawyer Rising Stars list for 2015, 2016, and 2017, an honor that is reserved for no more than 2.5% of attorneys under 40 in the State of Texas. Casey has extensive family law experience handling complex property divisions, complex custody cases, and modifications, and he is known for his ability to work with his clients to find creative solutions to those complex problems. Casey also handles other civil litigation involving commercial transactions, contract disputes, and non-compete agreements between employers and employees.
Casey diligently represents parents and children involved with Child Protective Services, and prosecutes and defends enforcement actions involving the failure to pay child support or failure to follow custody orders.
Although Casey excels in the courtroom, he believes that the best possible outcomes for his clients are often acheived outside of the courtroom through the alternative dispute resolution process. To that end, Casey draws on his litigation experience to better advise and counsel his clients so that the most appropriate case strategy is selected.
He primarily practices in Collin, Denton, and Dallas counties, but also represents clients in other surrounding counties on a case by case basis.
