Dean Bringe is a commercial transactions attorney, with an emphasis on commercial real estate and commercial lending.  Dean earned an accounting degree at Baylor and passed the CPA exam before enrolling in Baylor Law School.  After graduating law school, Dean worked for a Montreal-based manufacturing company called Bombardier.  He helped a new business aviation unit called Flexjet grow its customer base by 100 times by managing all aircraft sales transactions.  After helping United Airlines with another start up enterprise, Dean joined the Sears, Roebuck & Co. law department and helped launch several off mall formats, navigating through compliance and licensing issues and negotiating deals in merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and information technology.

Dean Bringe joined the world of banking in 2005, serving first as VP of Quality Assurance, then as Senior VP of Credit Risk Information at Guaranty Bank, which held a $10 billion loan portfolio - including over $3 billion in commercial real estate loans.  In 2009, he became VP of Asset Management and Legal Services at a private equity firm that bought nonperforming commercial mortgages and managed and traded commercial real estate.

Having caught the bug for real estate and commercial lending, Dean Bringe joined Basinger Leggett Clemons Bowling & Shore, PLLC in 2015 in order to expand his practice.

Dean was born and raised in the Chicago area.  While he is proud of his hometown, he got to Texas as soon as he could.  He enjoys attending all kinds of sporting events with his wife and two daughters – often the daughters are on the field of play.  The whole family loves camping whenever schedules and the weather align.  At First Presbyterian Church of Plano, Dean has served as an Elder and enjoys teaching the youth group in Sunday school.
